My skincare routine
How I Keep My Skin Looking Clear and Glowy
Skincare can be tricky to navigate - there are so many products and regimes out there, it can be hard to know where to start. However, it doesn't have to be complicated - sometimes, the simplest approach is the best approach. At least for me, it is. In this blog post, Iām sharing the handful of products I use daily.
Things to remember: I have naturally oily skin, and that seems to help keep my skin "glowing" when you see it on instagram š.
These are a mix of drug store favorites, fancy must haves, and some I've had so long they've been discontinued.
Aquaphor lip conditioner - every day, all day
Covergirl tinted lip balm - color: Bliss You Berry. I love this barely there color that isn't pink.
Ponds Cold Cream Cleanser - make up remover. Won't ever stop using this.
Neutrogena Facial Cleanser - face wash. Another forever staple of mine.
Moms Stuff Face Balm - moisturizer. I started using this product after a pregnancy ravaged my skin. This cleared up the dry patches on my face and I kept using it in place of facial moisturizer. It also has sun protecting properties, even tho not labeled SPF, it very much protects from the sun.
Tinted BB Cream - as foundation
Maybelline Multi-use concealer - color 130
MAC Mineralize Face Powder - for when I'm feeling fancy
L'oreal Bronzer Powder - I use as this as daily eye shadow and love it.
Urban Decay - also my favorite eye shadow palette.
Anastasia Brow Dip in Ebony - one of my MUST HAVES
Maybelline eyeliner - every day look
Maybelline Sky High Mascara - viral mascara that is definitely worth your money.
MAC blush powder - color: Raizin. Great for darker skin tones.
Exfoliating cloths - these are meant for your body, I know. I use these (carefully) on my face at least once a week to exfoliate skin on my face. I've noticed it helps me with blackheads and rough skin patches.
